Using sound management practices I have built my career in Canada and abroad promoting equality and civic engagement. The foundation of my success is the strong relationships I have fostered with people wanting to make a difference. Understanding the context of their challenges makes it possible to identify the puzzle pieces needed to create sustainable solutions.
I have learned a great deal working with elected representatives, governmental institutions, not-for-profit organizations and community volunteers throughout the world. Whether in Victoria or Ottawa, Nouakchott, Port-au-Prince or Baghdad, the same basic principles apply:
